Swaddle Designs & SwaddleClub Review and Giveaway

swaddle designs review and giveaway

As a new mother the sound of my baby crying broke my heart. The first few weeks were harder than I anticipated! I didn’t realize how much her little cry would affect me. Eventually we figured out the positions, noises, and objects that soothed our crying baby. Since Izzy was born I’ve been a fan of SwaddleDesigns. Their mission is to help new parents calm and comfort their baby.  When I was asked to review their new sunwashed pastels and SwaddleClub I was ecstatic.

I found the sunwashed Ultimate Receiving Blanket to be amazingly soft and lightweight. I love that is is made in the USA.  I’ve already used it as a nursing cover and I think it would make an excellent security blanket when Izzy gets older! The label sewn into the blanket gives you step by step directions on how to swaddle your baby.

  1. I like the muslin swaddle blankets! I got a swaddle designs cotton blanket from the hospital 6 years ago with my first child and I still have it and am using it with my newborn!

    1. That’s so awesome they gave them away at a hospital! I knew the creator of SwaddleDesigns was a nurse, but I didn’t know they had them in the hospital.

  2. Well you know I love everything with the elephant patterns 🙂 That or the muslin swaddle blankets…

Also. Ellie is wearing Janie and Jack. *sigh* I can’t stop going into that store, but I can’t justify buying most of it! lol. Doesn’t help that the Christmas dresses I LOVED on their clearance rack were the wrong size. But really, if I were rich, I’d pretty much buy out the whole store 🙂

    1. I know Janie and Jack is my weakness! My sister bought Ellie that shirt 🙂 There clearance rack isn’t terrible, makes the prices about average haha

  3. I just love their swaddle blankets! I’m a firm believer that you can never have too many, and they’re my go-to baby shower gift. But I’d love to try the zzZipMe sacks… they look awesome. 🙂
